Our Story
In a bustling office, Shaista and Vinita, met at a prime junction of their career. Vinita was a thoughtful planner, often lost in deep ideas, while Shaista thrived on action, always the first to dive into projects and get them started. Over the next 14 years, they navigated their careers—Vinita strategizing and exploring the opportunities in Pricing & distribution and Shaista effectively selling different brands like Hyatt and Cinnamon in India with energy and flair. Despite their different approaches, they found that each brought out the best in the other: Vinita’s insights gave Shaista direction, while her enthusiasm motivated her to take risks. After years of exploring various opportunities and gathering expertise, they finally realized their potential as a team and decided to launch a consultancy together, enabling brands to blend creativity and action in powerful new ways.
For our business expansion in the UAE, we are proud to partner with Nisha Khan, a seasoned hospitality professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the region. As the Director of Sales and Marketing for prestigious hotel brands such as Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Copthorne Hotels, and Flora Hotels, Nisha consistently delivered impressive revenue growth while enhancing brand presence in a highly competitive market. Fluent in Arabic and deeply knowledgeable about regional business dynamics, she effortlessly connects with a diverse clientele.
In her entrepreneurial journey, Nisha founded Blingg, an event management company renowned for its creativity and exceptional service. Under her leadership, Blingg has become a preferred choice for delivering impactful corporate and private events. Her career is a testament to her leadership, innovation, and strategic expertise, making her an invaluable partner in our growth journey.
